Mighty Mums

move, connect & thrive in motherhood

Dear Reader

If you've been thinking about getting into some kind of exercise since having your bub, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In just a few weeks we'll be reopening our trial classes. This gives you the opportunity to join a class for just $10 to see if you love it!

Classes are:

  • Open all stages of postpartum and levels of fitness
  • Inviting, non-judgemental and allow for mums to go at their own pace
  • Pelvic floor friendly
  • Suitable for bubs to join - either on the mat, in the pram/carrier, or being held! Whatever keeps them happy!

If you would like to join us during our trial period, you can book in here:

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our classes include:

  • A gentle warm up with postpartum core work, glute and back activations.
  • A simple strength session including modifications for all common postpartum challenges (e.g. limited control of abdominal wall, pelvic pain, knee pain etc)
  • Progressions for those who are more advanced and ready to level up.
  • Low impact options for those returning to exercise for the first time.

We would love to welcome you into our lovely community! Click here to save your spot. We have limited trial spots available on Mondays and Thursdays at 930AM.

If you have any specific questions about classes, feel free to reply to this email :)

Have a wonderful Easter with your family and loved ones.

Many thanks,

Hannah

You decided you'd start exercising, meditating, eating better, and drinking two litres of water all at once. A full lifestyle reset. It went well for three days. Then it didn't. And because you didn't do ALL of it, you felt like you'd failed. So you stopped completely. If this sounds familiar - know that you are in good company! The problem isn't that you have no...

MIGHTY MUMS move connect & thrive in motherhood Hi Reader It's often thought that the number one reason we so easily break new habits is that we have very little will power. Well I'm here to tell you that this is not entirely true. The main reason so many of us struggle to keep new habits or break existing habits is because of the all or nothing approach. MIGHTY MUMS move connect & thrive in motherhood Hi Reader A few weeks ago, our local MP, Simon Kennedy, came down to Cronulla Park to join a Mighty Mums class in person. He did the whole session, stayed for coffee afterwards, and chatted with the women in our community about what we do and why it matters. Mr Simon Kennedy MP Visits Mighty Mums The visit was part of a national MumSafe campaign that I'm proud to be involved in. As a MumSafe trainer, I'm one of many trainers across Australia...
