Dear Reader I am pleased to let you know that trial classes for 2026 are now open for bookings! At Mighty Mums we are all about Mums taking time out for themselves and helping them to achieve their goals and bring out their best. You are welcome to attend a class with as many children as you like and with little ones of all ages! Yes, taking part in the class becomes more challenging once bub is on the move (crawling and walking!) but we manage with a bit of creativity and it is always fun! Try a Class for just 10! I would love to invite you to join us at Cronulla Beach for a trial session for the special price of $10.00. This is a great opportunity for you to make sure that we are the right fit for you and your baby before committing to a full block. We currently run classes on:
Term Dates After your trial class, you can attend ongoing sessions. The cost for ongoing sessions are $25 per class and are purchased per block. Term 1 dates are as follows:
Class Location Classes are held on the grass at South Cronulla Beach (just opposite Bettys Burgers) Still on the fence? Take a look at what some of our 2025 mums had to say about their experience with Mighty Mums! 'Mighty Mums is what I think is missing in the fitness industry! Group fitness with guaranteed connection afterwards is priceless. I’ve been to lots of mums fitness classes and it can take months to pluck up the courage to ask another mum to go for coffee but Hannah handles the social part! I really appreciate the thoughtful experiences she creates for us - from exercise games with prizes, to dinner catch ups and cute personalised gifts. I was nervous to come with a 1 year old but she was in good hands with Hannah and the group. They are so friendly and welcoming. The best thing I’ve done this year! Thank you!' - Claire M "I'm on maternity leave with my second baby. Mighty Mums is exactly what I need right now (and what I wish I had first time around) for my mental wellbeing and physical recovery - the workout, the community, the post-class coffee chat!" - Ceri B "Mighty Mums makes me feel so good after each workout. I love the fact that we have options with each exercise, or if we need to hold baby or breastfeed - it’s just so comfortable. Caleb loves to watch or be part of the exercises which makes it fun for us both. For anyone thinking of joining - it’s so worth it! It’s not just getting professional guidance from a qualified trainer, but it’s also the community of mums getting together. Most importantly, it’s something that is good for my health that my baby can be part of too!" - Chere H To book a Thursday Trial (9.30 am) - Click Here + select your preferred date. To book a Saturday Trial (8.30 am) - Click Here + select your preferred date. Got a question? Simply reply to this email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can! I look forward to meeting you and your little one soon! Many thanks, Hannah

MIGHTY MUMS move connect & thrive in motherhood Hi Reader Have you ever said 'right, that's it! I'm starting over on Monday!' You decided you'd start exercising, meditating, eating better, and drinking two litres of water all at once. A full lifestyle reset. It went well for three days. Then it didn't. And because you didn't do ALL of it, you felt like you'd failed. So you stopped completely. If this sounds familiar - know that you are in good company! The problem isn't that you have no...
MIGHTY MUMS move connect & thrive in motherhood Hi Reader It's often thought that the number one reason we so easily break new habits is that we have very little will power. Well I'm here to tell you that this is not entirely true. The main reason so many of us struggle to keep new habits or break existing habits is because of the all or nothing approach. I often hear clients saying: 'I'm giving up alcohol' 'I'm cutting out all sugary/fatty foods' 'I'm going to the gym 4 times a week' All...
MIGHTY MUMS move connect & thrive in motherhood Hi Reader A few weeks ago, our local MP, Simon Kennedy, came down to Cronulla Park to join a Mighty Mums class in person. He did the whole session, stayed for coffee afterwards, and chatted with the women in our community about what we do and why it matters. Mr Simon Kennedy MP Visits Mighty Mums The visit was part of a national MumSafe campaign that I'm proud to be involved in. As a MumSafe trainer, I'm one of many trainers across Australia...
