The Mighty Sip & StrollThe Mighty Sip & Stroll is a relaxed, pram-friendly coffee walk designed to help mums move gently, chat, connect and feel a little more like themselves again. This is NOT a workout. You don’t need to be a current Mighty Mums client to come along. If you are pregnant, postpartum or simply looking to meet other local mums, you are so welcome.
